• Are all sales final on PLR? Yes, all sales are final BUT if you order arrives damaged or is lost in the mail please let me know and I'll make sure it's replaced or refunded as soon as possible
• What is your shipping process and timing? Please allow 2 to 3 days to process and your order. If for any reason I am out of the studio or there is a delay on the order I will notify you ASAP
• Who do you ship with? Generally FedEx with tracking
• Where do you ship from? Private Lizard HQ is Mallorca, Spain
• Do you ship internationally? Yes
• What are the shipping rates to my zone? That will be determined at the time of check out. I will stay up on rates at Private Lizard HQ and update the rates database as much as possible
• My package was marked as "Delivered" but I can't find it.. Occasionally the mail carrier will mark orders as delivered before actually delivering it. This happens more often during the holiday season but in many cases it arrives the next day or is being held at your local post office. If it doesn't show within a week of being marked delivered, please let me know and I'll investigate the situation
